  1. I attempted to log-on last night (15 June) but I had forgotten my password using email address ewen.bogle@gmail.com. I tried a password I thought was the one but I was advised that the email address had been used.

    I re-logged on using a second email address (ewen.bogle2@bigpond.com) and the same password which was successful.

    I now have two accounts, one for each email, what should I do in this case?

    1. hi, $1.99 / year is per device price, which means you need to subscribe separately on Android or Apple device.

      Unlike other VPN providers, we won't charge you for something you don't need. That's why instead of a lump sum payment (say $50 / year), we only offer price per device.

  10. Just proxy extension for Chrome not longer works. The extension crashes and becomes corrupted. After using the repair extension option in Chrome the same thing happens again whenever you try to turn the proxy on. I am running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS,and Chrome Version 60.0.3112.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)
